Things you shouldn't be having to live without degenerative diseases..

  1. Sugar is a highly addictive additive.

  2. Wheat make holes in the intestines also known as leaky gut.

  3. Dairy processing create autoimmune conditions in human body.

  4. Polyunsaturated fats and oils starts an ongoing inflammatory process in every organ of the body.

Things you should be doing to live without degenerative diseases..

  1. Coffee ☕️ = Break-your-fast with coffee.

  2. Mindfulness 🧘‍♀️ = Three to five minutes everyday without any thoughts

  3. R.A.W 🏋️‍♂️= Fifteen to Twenty minutes every day to maintain your blood glucose levels.

  4. Sun 🌞 = Ten to Fifteen minutes of sun exposure few days a week inhibit fructose metabolism.
