Aerobic Capacity
‘Aerobic Capacity’ doesn’t build over night. You need to work on it consistently. We work on it every single day. We recommend you to choose a distance on any Concept2 machine and start adding meters every now or than. We don’t want you to follow anyone. Just focus on your own fitness level. For example, this is what we did in past one week.
